Vita & Bryan Hewitt held a special presentation of their fifteen minute video, Of Water, at the Gray Loft Gallery yesterday.
Vita is currently showing her work entiled, A Mass of Winners (link below), in the exhibition Night Vision at the Gray Loft Gallery, in Jingletown, Oakland.
Lauren Jade Szabo, no relation to Gabor, (link below), who appears in the film and designed the costumes for it was also there.

Bryan and Lauren Jade Szabo spoke about the making of the video, the process and the location which was the Smith River, the largest river system in California that flows freely along its entire course.
Rhiannon
Hewitt, the daughter of Bryan and Vita, wrote two poems and narrated
them in the soundtrack of the video. She spoke about them and her work.
The viewers were entranced with the presentation . . .
After each viewing of the video, the producers and attendees could leisurely check out the amazing work that is in the Night Vision exhibition (link below).

No reception is complete without some wine and good vittles to munch on . . .
. . . there were three varieties of hummus, one of which was with beets; I'd never had that before.
Night Vision will be showing until September 3, 2022, with a closing reception on September 3 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM.
