Meant to accompany the Teac 2A mixer (link below), the MB-20 has four assignable meters for monitoring signals.
It is a 4 meter system with
foldback. What this means is you can plug in a set of RCA wires on
the way to something else and then a duplicate set of RCA jack are
present at each input to allow you to take that same signal on to the
other device.
Second it has switching for Line meter or Tape meter- that means another set of 4 cable can be plugged into it at the Tape input to meter signals directly from a tape unit. This keeps you from having to do a reroute of cables while using a tape deck.
Finally it is a Headphone amp with selected channel outputs but can also feed a monitor amp from a set of RCA.
