The K Gallery at the Rhythmix Cultural Works is presenting an exhibition entitled Mother Tree featuring the connection between six mother and daughter artists. The opening for the exhibition was two weekends ago (link below);
during an opening reception is the hardest time to actually view works.
So, last weekend I went back to the gallery and got a chance to see the
various works up close and in total peace and quiet.
Mother Tree features the work of
mother-daughter artists Ginny & Sally Parsons, Annie & Emily
Heller, Jan & Emilie Watten, Danielle Gilbert & Molly Boyle and
Hopi Breton, Lee Zabin & Esther Zabin.
