Jingletown Originals ~ Otta here like a bat out of Hell

The exhibition, Jingletown Originals, at the Gray Loft Gallery in Oakland, closed last night and it went out in GRAND style!     

As it will be All Hallows' Eve tomorrow, costumes befitting the bewitching occasion were encouraged and some people went whole hog at it.

As I left the celebration, the dancing started and when I got to my studio below, I could feel the building shaking from the thunderous sound of stomping feet and booming music! It was a helluva way to end The Jingletown Originals!

Gray Loft Gallery ~ Summer Salon Closing Reception

~   
 
This Saturday, August 10, 2019, the exhibition, Summer Salon at the Gray Loft Gallery in Oakland, will have its Closing Reception from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM.             

From 4:00 - 5:00 pm Rock Wall Winery will have a tasting of current releases.  From 5:30 to 6:00pm Rachel LaPell will preform ArtTalk an improvised interaction with the art in the exhibition.      
     
The event will celebrate the end of the summer exhibition of gallery artists which includes painting, mixed media and photography.

The second installation of Summer Salon (link below) opened at the Gray Loft Gallery last weekend. The exhibition is a group show of gallery artists that includes painting, mixed media and photography by eight Bay Area artists.
