Ed Sullivan of the seventies; I loved watching it for the
variety of personalities and musicians that appeared from time to time (

My favorites were
Gilda Radner and
Jane Curtin. Radner's Lisa Lubner and
Roseanne Roseannadanna were a total scream and I never got tired of watching her in action. "It's always something, if it's not one thing, it's another"
Then there was the time
Lily Tomlin reprized her role as Ernestine, the telephone company operator from
Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In, in a
Ma Bell advertisement parody in which she proclaimed, "We don't care, we don't have to...we're the phone company."
